Last night we had salmon on top of spinach and couscous. DELISH.
Sauce:
Maple syrup
Soya Sauce (equal parts)
chopped garlic
S n P
dash of onion powder
touch of ground ginger
dash of sesame seed oil (don't over do this one, a little goes a long way)
dash of rice vinegar
marinate the salmon in this!
blanched the spinach in the same pan as the salmon so it had the same flavour
and shitake mushroom couscous.

UM YUM! I cannot wait to eat John's cooking when I'm in town :-) I made a Caprese style pasta last night with a Parmesan breaded chicken. Lot's of fresh mozzarella, yum yum yum.
